When we talk about roaming in Canada/Mexico it means you're able to use services while traveling in those countries.

Important facts about North America Connect

• Primary usage must occur in the United States. Calls, texts or data roaming while in Mexico cannot exceed 50% of total usage over time or your service may be terminated.
• Mexico/Canada roaming coverage and service is not available everywhere.
• Mexico/Canada roaming is only available on compatible LTE/GSM devices.
• Data speeds are dependent on the local carriers network.
