    I went in last month the day my phone finally stopped working properly, and Ericka was such a huge help. The store's system was down that week. She had many customers to help and phone setups were taking a bit longer, plus they were only able to accept cash payments that day. Despite that, Ericka made sure my phone was good to go and I never felt rushed. She got me set up with a new phone within my budget and helped me solve a couple of problems I was having logging into my account.     STORE HOURS ARE NOT CORRECT ON THE WEBSITE: THEY OPEN AT 11AM. This is not the store's employees' fault; corporate runs the website. My ancient Galaxy S9 gave up the ghost after years of service. Daisy was very informative about pricing. I didn't qualify for any promo but I expected that. Fortunately, Boost now permits their staff to access Boost Infinite accounts (like mine) so swapping over to a new phone went smoothly. New Galaxy A16 works great! Thank you! View on Google
