    I went into Boost Mobile on October 30, 2025 to switch Cellular to Boost Mobile there was two young ladies there, Kayla and Christine, who were very helpful, but there was a man there named Kurt, who seemed to just be in my way and make everything more complicated when I went home. Only one of my phones had service and worked so I had to return the next morning so I return on Halloween and Kurt was not there just Kayla and Christine and they were able to fix my other two phones with no issues I have never had this experience before where someone who worked there was unable to help me and I had to come back the next day thank goodness for Kayla and Christine for being there to help me I have heart apps on my phone and if it wasn’t for Kayla working on my phone, there’s no telling what could have happened to me. It took three times for her to undo what Kurt had done on my phone however he had messed it up. View on Google

    We spent 3 hours trying to switch to Boost mobile . Kayla Christine were so helpful in everything they were trying to do for us . However there was a gentleman there named Kurt that seemed to keep getting in their way . Every time we started to get somewhere he would step in the middle and mix everything up and make everything more confusing for us . Once we finally got our phones and left only 1 of our phones worked !! So we had to come rite back the next day !!!! Kayla was there and she fixed both the phones that weren’t working and had us all set in literally 5 minutes !!! So if you ever go there and see Kurt working just leave and come back when it’s just Kayla and Christine !!! View on Google
