    The BEST service I have ever received! JADE is OUTSTANDING! I lost access to my iPhone after an Apple ios update (SE 2nd Generation, another story) and stopped in to purchase a new iPhone. I wanted to keep the same number. The problem was that without access to my old phone to receive the confirmation code, I was unable to access my Boost account and unable to keep that number. Jade tried a workaround by attempting to log into my account for me, but I also didn't remember my pin code and that turned into another problem. She called the support line for me to get "verified" so they'd give me my pin. She was put on hold several times, transferred a couple more times but never lost her composure, stayed professional, and most importantly remained positive and pleasant with me, the customer. On top of that she multi-tasked by helping another customer who came in after me, she answered several incoming calls, and was attempting to help that other customer on the support line with a bad connection. She did all this while working on my issue at the same time. It took an hour from the time I walked in the store until I walked out. She is squared away and gets it done. I cannot say enough about my excellent experience with JADE! She is a rock star! She is probably way underpaid for her skill level but hopefully she's not underappreciated by her supervisors and the Boost Mobile company. If I had my own business, she'd have been offered a job on the spot. My situation was complicated and time consuming. She never lost her patience and never quit trying a new solution to solve my problem. I really appreciated JADE’s service! It could have taken another hour, and I would have felt the same because of the way JADE treated me from start to finish. She demonstrated what RIGHT looks like. I have a new iPhone and everything worked out perfectly! You better take care of this employee, BOOST MOBILE! Again, THANK YOU, JADE! I hope they give you a raise because you deserve it!     Unprofessional ,inconsiderate and just upright rude is what I received when I walked in to the boost store today by a person by the name of Patrick !!!!!I have been here many times and never had this problem. ..always got welcomed in with open arms and readiness to care to my needs..instead I get greeted with a look as if Mr.Patrick not only didn’t wanna be there he wasn’t even knowledgeable of what I was trying resolve..instead of trying he simply shrug me off and dismiss me by telling me to deal with customer service !!!!!!..if i return to this boost store and see him inside I will not enter or take my business ..at this point I’m ready to transfer my service and bring all my fiends with me …Boost needs to get rid of him right away or they gonna lose the respect they gained and earned with that amazing woman name jade and gene ..but Mr Patrick needs to go !!!!!
