    Ali and this establishment is the absolute BEST!!! I went in about six months ago, which Ali remembered. I owned my own phone and wanted to leave Spectrum. I purchased the "no contract" deal for $25/month. Ali looked at my phone and told me that it wasn't going to last much longer. (Again, he remembered.) Well, my phone died overnight last week and Ali was the first place I was going to see about getting a new phone. I signed on for a 36 month contract and a new Samsung. Ali took the time and set it up for me, as I would be lost! I actually did something stupid and had to go back and have him reconfigure it again. He was lovely and gracious enough to help a second time. What's even more telling, although I already knew from my personal service, all the customers who came in raved about him! They said all the different areas of Charlotte they ventured from just to see Ali! If that isn't a testament, what is? I highly suggest this store and Ali! His fellow co-worker, Christine was lovely, as well! Particularly because she dealt with the customers Ali couldn't help while he was helping me! Thank you Ali!
