    I am 71 yrs. old and very challenged with a distaste for technology. And I HATE changing phones. However, Karina had such a calming presence and incredible knowledge, that she totally reduced my anxiety. Karina went above the call of duty to serve me. I needed her expertise in transferring info from the old phone to new the phone because I had issues. I had visited 3 other cell phone offices, and walked out with nothing because of the lack of customer service. I think they knew I would be a challenge to help.
