    I don't even know where to begin. Let me give you a bit of a back story. I needed a new network because I bought a phone from Tik Tok shop, that of which, I do not recommend. I added Mint Mobile, but the service was not compatible, so the phone was sluggish to say the least. I bought it because I wanted a cheaper bill and one of my sons dropped my Samsung Galaxy Note Plus which made it only usable with the pin and the screen was slowly going black. So I needed a new phone. I'm 62 years old. Medically retired due to Covid that turned long haul. Covid affected my mobility, my stamina and my cognitive abilities. Every move is slower and often painful, still after five years. My thinking process is slower. I may have to ask you to repeat what you said a few times for me to truly understand what your saying. I give you my background so that you understand how patient the sales rep, Marco was with me at this location. Never, in all of my life, have I ever had such good customer service! This young man went over Every... Phone option plan and benefits of each that I ask about. He explained the network, durability, you name it. He explained it. He made sure that I understood how to use my new phone. I bought the Motorola Stylus. I'm coming from Samsung, so it's a little different. When I say outstanding, I mean outstanding. I'm a former retail department manager, I know what good customer service is. And this, is it! I never felt like I was bothering him with all of my questions especially my asking the same ones over and over. I didn't spend a lot of money, but he treated like I was his best customer.
