    Just got off the phone with Boost Mobile Associate David.I was having trouble getting into my voice mail.David was very professional and extremely helpful. He directed me to call the help center a 611 and they were able to fix the problem! If it wasn't for David's expert knowledge and helpfulness I wouldn't have known what to do.     Hi I recently visited the store for a new phone basically upgraded my phone to a newer one was greeted by a awesome guy I think his name was David he was very polite helpful we had to do a sim swap bc the sim we activated said it was the right kind but apparently it was wrong he spent the better part of four hours being hung up on seven times and stressing out bc I spent 300$ and didn't want to leave without my phone on i give the customer service a 1 star but I give him 5 stars this man i was meant to meet regardless of the phone and the situation I'd go through it again just to remeet the gentleman I met he is kind generous and went above and beyond so boost didn't help that great but I want that man to get his respect he deserves thank you homeboy you made my day View on Google
